PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a run-over protection cover connecting protection covers with each other to run over a straight protection duct without interfering with it and to enable the run-over protection cover to be arranged nearly orthogonally to the straight protection duct.SOLUTION: A run-over protection cover for running over a straight protection duct Dcomprises: a base Vthat is fixed to a wall surface in a state of running over the straight protection duct D; and a lid Lattached to the base V. The base Vhas a configuration in which a protrusion part 2 protruded in a nearly inverted U-shape viewed from a front face in such a way of being spaced away from the wall surface is formed at an intermediate part along a run-over direction at a contact part 1 contacting with the wall surface, and thereby a run-over recess 3 is formed at the rear side of the protrusion part 2. By making opposed outer surfaces of the straight protection duct Dcontact with opposite parts of the inner surface of the run-over recess 3, an arrangement posture position determination surface 3a is provided that determines a nearly orthogonal arrangement posture of the run-over protection cover relative to the straight protection duct D. |
