SYSTEM AND METHOD OF AUTHENTIFICATION AN IRIS USING TIME INFORMATION

Disclosed are a system for authenticating a user by using an authentication code based on iris information and the time of iris recognition and a method thereof. The method for authenticating an iris comprises: a step for recognizing the iris of the user; a step for detecting the time when the iris is recognized; a step for determining the authentication code corresponding to the detected time; and a step for authenticating the user by using the recognized information on iris (iris information) and the determined authentication code.
