PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable real-time color matching of a projection image during an interactive operation when using an imaging device with a projection device.SOLUTION: An object position detection part 221 detects the position of an object on a projection surface and outputs position information. An object pickup image generation part 201 generates an object pickup image 203 showing an image of the object arranged on the projection surface from an image obtained by imaging the projection surface. A projection pickup image generation part 202 generates a projection pickup image 204 showing an image projected on the projection surface from the image obtained by imaging the projection surface. A correction parameter calculation part 225 calculates a color correction parameter on the basis of the object pickup image 203 and the projection pickup image 204. A projection image generation part 223 uses the color correction parameter to generate an image to be projected to the projection surface from the object pickup image 203 according to movement of the object shown by the position information.
