PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize good color reproducibility without changing saturation and hue in signal conversion of a color image.SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires a signal of a color image output from an image sensor; a signal conversion unit that converts the signal of the color image into a luminance signal and a color difference signal; and a luminance adjustment unit that depending on saturation or hue of a pixel of interest in the color image, adjusts the luminance signal of the pixel of interest. An imaging device as one example comprises: an imaging unit that captures a color image; and the above-mentioned image processing device.
