PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly notify a worker in a transformer station of occurrence of an earthquake.SOLUTION: An earthquake occurrence communication system 1 comprises: a transformer protection device 2 which is a mechanical system protection relay to be activated by oil pressure inside a transformer or the like, and whose operation is shown by accident information transmitted to a transformer station server 3 when a micro switch is activated by increase in the oil pressure or the like; the transformer station server 3 which is installed in each transformer station, receives the accident information from the transformer protection device 2 in the transformer station and transmits accident information obtained by adding time to the accident information to a control station server 4, and receives earthquake information from the control station server 4 and notifies a worker in the transformer station of the earthquake information; the control station server 4 which is installed in a control station, receives the time-added accident information from the transformer station server 3 and transmits the accident information to a management server 5, and receives the earthquake information from the management server 5 and transmits the earthquake information to the transformer station server 3; and the management server 5 which is installed in a central load dispatching station, receives the accident information from the control station server 4, and creates the earthquake information to transmit the earthquake information to the control station server 4 when accident information having the same time exists. |
