<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device capable of suppressing erroneous detection, and improving detection accuracy, in a constitution for monitoring human motion in a prescribed area by using a radio wave, and to provide a monitoring program.SOLUTION: A monitoring device includes a receiving part for receiving a radio wave transmitted from a transmitter arranged in a prescribed area, a feature quantity calculation part for calculating feature quantity of the radio wave in each of a plurality of object periods received by the receiving part, and a monitoring part for monitoring human motion in the prescribed area based on the radio wave in the object period in which the feature quantity satisfies a prescribed condition.</p> |
