<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for skin, a hair tonic, and a hair quality improving agent, which contain an active ingredient that is excellent in: damage restorative effect for skin (scalp is also included) and hair damaged by ultraviolet rays etc.; and biosafety for skin (scalp is also included).SOLUTION: The invention relates to an anti-oxidant agent, an external preparation for skin, a hair tonic, and a hair quality improving agent, which contain a depolymerized hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof as an active ingredient. They have a whitening effect and an acne improving effect, or a hair growth effect and a hair quality improving effect thanks to an antioxidative action, such as a lipoperoxide inhibitory action which the pertinent active ingredient has.</p> |
