PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery slip which enables re-adhesion without reapplying an adhesive thereto after being peeled.SOLUTION: A laminating paper includes: first paper having a first adhesive area and a second adhesive area where an adhesive is applied; second paper which is provided so as to be laminated on the first paper and has a resin material area where a resin material is applied. The first paper and the second paper are laminated so that the first adhesive area contacts with the resin material area and the second adhesive area contacts with the second paper in a state where the resin material area of the second paper is not disposed therebetween.
