PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall-embedded hook that, when hanging a picture frame on the wall, enables smooth work without opening an extra hole in the wall of a building so as to finish the work in a short time.SOLUTION: A vertically-turning and wall-embedded hook is provided which can be set on the wall from a design stage at the time of new construction or renovation, can be used at any time if necessary, and can be folded if not necessary. The wall-embedded hook includes an external frame 1 having a vertically long rectangular frame shape. Inside the external frame 1, a wall-embedded hook center part 2 is arranged which can smoothly and vertically rotate the inside of the external frame 1, and has a hook 3 vertically fixed to the back surface, so that the hook 3 is positioned in place when being vertically rotated at 180 degrees if necessary.
