PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when estimating radio interference by the access points around, without taking account of the fact that the access points are in such a relationship as the other access point waits for the signal transmission until the signal transmission of one access point finishes, the signal quality may be estimated excessively bad.SOLUTION: In a method of measuring the signal quality, when a first access point and a second access point, for transmitting signals that can be received by a terminal, are in such a relationship as the other access point waits for the signal transmission until the signal transmission of one access point finishes, a computer measures the signal quality of the first access point in the terminal so that the signals by the second access point are not included. |
