PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user using IP telephony in a mobile terminal with a decision material in regard to the use of the IP telephony.SOLUTION: A communication terminal includes: an evaluation value acquisition unit for acquiring an evaluation value representing communication quality in a communication path including a radio section; a voice quality acquisition unit for acquiring a voice quality index of the IP telephony on the basis of the acquired evaluation value; and an output unit for outputting the voice quality index in a mode according to the acquired voice quality index.
