<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength and stiffness of a slide mechanism, to enhance accuracy, to effectively ensure a table surface in a horizontal direction, to improve the stiffness and strength in a Z-axis direction, and to increase a stroke.SOLUTION: A first X-axis rail 5a is provided on an upper surface end 21a side of a work table 21, and a second X-axis rail 5b is provided at a position farther away from the first X-axis rail and lower than the first X-axis rail when viewed from the work table side. An X-axis supporting stand 6 movable in an X-axis direction through the first and second X-axis rails, a Y-axis supporting stand 9 supported on the X-axis supporting stand so as to vertically move to the X-axis supporting stand, and a Z-axis supporting stand 13 supported by the Y-axis supporting stand so as to move orthogonal to the X-axis, in parallel with the upper surface of the work table, and in a work table side part direction, are successively provided. So as to machine work, a tool spindle 3 is provided on the Z-axis supporting stand. The Y-axis is tilted in an orthogonal direction to the X-axis, and to the work table side in regard to the work table.</p> |
