<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer contrast medium capable of extraordinarily indicating target cells at a high construct in an MRI image after transplantation, and swiftly metabolized to the outside of the living body with cell death.SOLUTION: By a metal chelate complex using polyethylene glycol with a branched structure as a basic skeleton, a swift metabolism from the inside of the living body can be realized, and a high contrast effect is exhibited even in a small amount.</p> |
