PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of reducing weight of the tire.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire 1 comprises: a bead core 51; a bead filler 52 that is arranged outside in a tire radial direction of the bead core 51; carcass layers 61-63 that are formed of thermoplastic sheets and enclose the bead core 51 and the bead filler 52 respectively by winding up the end portion thereof outside in a tire width direction; a side wall rubber 41 that is arranged outside in the tire width direction of the winding-up portions of the carcass layers 61-63; and an enforcing layer 9 that is arranged between the bead filler 52 and the side wall rubber 41 and covers a lateral surface outside in the tire width direction of the bead filler 52.
