Disclosed is a semiconductor device including asymmetric electrode arrangement where electrodes are asymmetrical in vertical and horizontal directions. A semiconductor device according to an embodiment includes a semiconductor structure for performing a preset functions, and electrodes arranged on the semiconductor structure. The electrodes are asymmetrical in at least one of a first direction and a second direction vertical to the first direction.
