PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a compact nucleic acid analyzer capable of accommodating a plurality of flow cells.SOLUTION: There is disclosed a flow cell-fixing device to be mounted in a nucleic acid analyzer is a device including: a holder unit, for adjusting a temperature of a flow cell holding a sample on a substrate; a rotary drum rotating in the longitudinal direction centering a rotation shaft extending in the horizontal direction and having a plurality of fitting parts for the holder unit on its rotation surface; a rotation mechanism for drive-rotating the rotary drum; and a sensor for detecting information pertaining to the rotation of the rotary drum.
