PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire 2 that is light in weight and excellent in durability.SOLUTION: A tire 2 comprises on a side surface 36 having a tire maximum width position P: multiple dimples 62 that are arrayed in a plurality of circumferential rows concentric to a tire shaft; a lateral rib 66 between the dimples adjacent in a radial direction; and a vertical rib 68 between the dimples adjacent in a circumference direction. The lateral rib 66 has an outside lateral surface outside in the radial direction and an inside lateral surface inside in the radial direction, and the lateral rib 66 includes: a first lateral rib 661 in which a height from a dimple bottom to the upper end of the inside lateral surface 661 is the same as a height from a dimple bottom to the upper end of the outside lateral surface 661c; and a second lateral rib 662 in which a height from a dimple bottom to the upper end of the inside lateral surface 662j is the same as a height from a dimple bottom to the upper end of the outside lateral surface 662c, where the second lateral rib 662 is arranged further inside in the radial direction than the tire maximum width position P. |
