PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate a problem when a failure occurs in a communication function in a case of setting of a manipulated variable upper limit value and a manipulated variable lower limit value from a host side through communication.SOLUTION: A control device has: an upper limit processing unit 6 for limiting a manipulated variable MV to a value less than or equal to a manipulated variable upper limit value OH1; a lower limit processing unit 7 for limiting the manipulated variable MV to a value greater than or equal to a manipulated variable lower limit value OL1; an upper limit elapsed time measurement unit 10 for measuring an elapsed time TH after the manipulated variable upper limit value OH1 is updated through communication; a lower limit elapsed time measurement unit 11 for measuring an elapsed time TL after the manipulated variable lower limit value OL1 is updated through the communication; an upper limit automatic recovery unit 12 for setting a manipulated variable upper limit value OH2 being a normal value as a new manipulated variable upper limit value OH1 when the elapsed time TH reaches a specified time TR; and a lower limit automatic recovery unit 13 for setting a manipulated variable lower limit OL2 being a normal value as a new manipulated variable lower limit value OL1 when the elapsed time TL reaches the specified time TR. |
