PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device capable of inserting an electrode assembly into a case body without inconvenience resulting from suppression of the relative movement between the electrode assembly and a lid-side structure, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the power storage device.SOLUTION: A secondary battery 10 has an electrode assembly 14 in a case 11 and also has an insulation film 70 by which the electrode assembly 14 is wrapped to be insulated from the case 11. Moreover, a secondary battery 10 includes a lid-side structure K. The insulation film 70 includes an extension part 74 which protrudes from a tab-side end surface 36 of the electrode assembly 14, and a conductive member cover 75 included by the lid-side structure K and the extension part 74 of the insulation film 70 are joined to each other by an adhesive tape 78. |
