PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device capable of equalizing heating of branch terminals of a power semiconductor module among the branch terminals.SOLUTION: A power conversion device includes a capacitor element 2, a power semiconductor module 1 on which a power semiconductor element 30 is mounted, a negative electrode connection conductor plate 91, and a positive electrode connection conductor plate 92. At least one of DC terminals is branched into a plurality of branch terminals 10a to 10c of different resistance values. At the negative electrode connection conductor plate 91 to which the plurality of branch terminals 10a to 10c are connected, route resistance increase parts S5, S6 for equalizing the heat at the plurality of branch terminals 10a to 10c among branch terminals are respectively formed on current routes L1b, L1c between a capacitor negative electrode terminal 13 and other branch terminals 10b, 10c among the plurality of branch terminals 10a to 10c excluding the branch terminal 10a whose resistance value is highest. |
