<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas analyzing apparatus capable of accurately obtain a partial pressure value Pof water content even when the oscillation wavelength of a laser diode does not cover a range from a frequency upper limitνto a frequency lower limitνof an absorption peak.SOLUTION: A gas analyzing apparatus 1 comprises: a measuring light splitting part 15 splitting a laser beam into split measuring light for irradiating a measuring object gas in a gas cell 70 and reference light not for irradiating the measuring object gas; a split measuring light receiving part 20; a reference light receiving part 21; and a calculation part 61a calculating specific gas quantity information in the measuring object gas based on an intensity change I(ν) of the split measuring light and an intensity change I(ν) of the reference light. When a frequencyνwhere ln(I(ν)/I(ν)) is maximum is denoted byν, the calculation part 61a acquires a frequencyνand a frequencyν, and calculates specific gas quantity information in the measuring object gas based on ln(I(ν)/I(ν)), the frequencyνand the frequencyν.</p> |
