<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding apparatus which achieve high reliability with respect to the joining strength in welding joining of resin members with hot blast.SOLUTION: Pressurized air supplied externally is heated, while flowing through a first air passage 15, by two systems of heating means consisting of a heater 16 for heating the pressurized air and a lower heater block 10 heated by a heater 13 for heating the lower heater block, to form high-temperature pressurized air, pressurized, while flowing through a second air passage 25, by a first air chamber 26, a first air restriction part 28, a second air chamber 27 and a second air restriction part 29 smaller in total cross sectional area than the first air restriction part 28, with the chambers and parts constituting the second air passage 25, to form high-temperature high-pressurized air, guided, while flowing a fourth air passage 45, by a waved plate air path 55 constituting the fourth air passage 45 in a specified flowing direction, jetted to the outside through a slit part 47 and blown toward a specified part 62b of work 60 to melt thermally.</p> |
