摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a power supply device for magnetron and, more particularly, to a power supply device for magnetron using insulated gate bipolar transistor to improve the lifetime of magnetron power device using thyratron and having semi-permanent lifetime with excellent power output capabilities by connecting a power compensation circuit to the insulated gate bipolar transistor. The specification discloses the power supply device for magnetron comprising: a unit power module including condenser and a power switch connected in series; a power unit in which one or more unit power modules are connected in series; a charging circuit for charging the condenser; and a power compensation circuit for compensating the distortion of a power output signal of the power unit. According to the present invention, by using the insulated gate bipolar transistor and connecting the power compensating circuit to the insulated gate bipolar transistor in the power supply device, excellent power output capabilities and semi-permanent lifetime can be available in the power supply device for magnetron.</p>
