<p>PURPOSE: A heat sink with a compound material having a covalent bond carbon nanotube is provided to reduce the weight of a loaded product, and perform a stable operation. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink has an absorbing/radiating surface for absorbing or radiating heat. The absorbing/radiating surface is composed of a compound material of a carbon nanotube and more than one metallic element.
