PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device having a belt reacher which can detect a state of a seat.SOLUTION: A seat belt device comprises a belt reacher 17 which can move a webbing, a control part which controls the motion of the belt reacher, and seat state detection parts 33r, 33S1, 33S2 and 33S3 which are arranged at the belt reacher and/or a seat, and detect a state of the seat according to the motion of the belt reacher. The control part decides a prescribed state of the belt reacher on the basis of the state of the seat which is detected by the seat state detection parts, and controls the belt reacher so that the belt reacher has the prescribed state. Here, the prescribed state of the belt reacher is, for example, a rotation angle of the belt reacher. |
