PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain reversal of priority by executing control software by proper execution priority corresponding to a safety standard, in a vehicle control device for executing a plurality of control software different in the safety standard.SOLUTION: The vehicle control device in the present invention comprises an execution waiting job list for holding a list of jobs staying in standby for being executed by a processor, and a request for calling out high safety software from low safety software is inserted into a position in the execution waiting job list corresponding to the execution priority of the low safety software.
