<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of electroless plating waste liquid capable of processing a component difficult to be processed in fewer steps without using an additive comprising a new component.SOLUTION: An electroless plating waste liquid is irradiated with an ultrasonic wave having prescribed frequency and output power, to thereby generate hydrogen radical and hydroxide radical in the waste liquid. The generated radicals function as a reducer and an oxidizer respectively, and thereby the reducer and metal ion remaining in the electroless plating waste liquid can be processed in fewer steps without using an additive comprising a new component.</p> |
