The present invention relates to an air conditioning system for automotive vehicles. The present invention is configured to enable to prevent windowpanes from getting steamed and the concentration of carbon dioxide in the interior of the automotive vehicle from increasing even though the air conditioning system is turned off, thereby remarkably improving driving conditions and pleasantness in the interior of the automotive vehicle regardless of whether the air conditioning system is turned off. The air conditioning system for the interior of automotive vehicles in order to achieve the purpose comprises: an intake door opening the door of an outside air inlet in an outside air mode and opening the door of an inside air inlet in an inside air mode; a blower inhaling outside air or inside air through the door of the outside air inlet and the inside air inlet to ventilate the air to the interior of the automotive vehicles; and a defrost door controlling the air volume discharged the front window glass. The air conditioning system for automotive vehicles also includes a control unit which controls the intake door in the outside air mode while entering a smart defogging mode when the air conditioning system is turned off and the humidity of the window glass in the interior of the automotive vehicles is greater than and equal to the predetermined reference humidity, and which remove the steam off the window glass while air outside the automotive vehicle enters the interior of the automotive vehicle by turning the blower on and opening the defrost door.
