PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of transmission delay of downlink data to a mobile station UE at a time of switching a radio base station SeNB from a radio base station SeNB#1 to a radio base station SeNB#2 in "inter-node UP aggregation."SOLUTION: A mobile communication method according to the invention includes the steps of: a radio base station SeNB#1 stopping scheduling downlink data for a mobile station UE and transmitting a "SeNB change request" to the mobile station UE when the radio base station SeNB#1 receives a "SeNB change request ack" from a radio base station SeNB#2; the mobile station UE notifying a radio base station MeNB of at least one of downlink data received already and downlink data not received; and the radio base station MeNB retransmitting the downlink data not received by the mobile station UE to the mobile station UE in response to the notice.
