PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair with a sleeve pipe at high quality.SOLUTION: A fillet-welding method for a sleeve pipe, whereby a nearly concentric sleeve pipe 20 that covers a part of a main pipe 10 is welded to the main pipe 10, has a step for an annular bead 30 along a circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the main pipe 10 and at an annular weld place between the outer peripheral surface and a pipe end 21 of the sleeve pipe 20, a step for arranging the sleeve pipe 20 with a predetermined interval between the pipe end 21 of the sleeve pipe 20 and the bead 30 and a predetermined interval between the outer peripheral surface of the main pipe 10 and the inner peripheral surface of the sleeve pipe 20, a first welding step for welding the outer peripheral surface of the main pipe 10, the pipe end 21 of the sleeve pipe 20, and the bead 30 along the circumferential direction at the weld place, and a second welding step for welding the main pipe 10 side and the sleeve pipe 20 side along the circumferential direction at the weld place radially outside a first weld zone 41 formed at least during the first welding step. |
