PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulation structure of a hot asphalt mixture, which can prevent heat of a loaded hot asphalt mixture from being taken by the side walls on both sides of a cargo bed part, and facilitates fixation and removal.SOLUTION: A thermal insulation structure 10 of a hot asphalt mixture is adopted in a dump truck 11 with a vehicle body part 12 and a cargo bed part 13. A thermal insulation mat 15 is mounted between the inside surface of side wall plate 13a and itself by interposing planar support plates 16, while covering the inside surface of a portion where a loaded hot asphalt mixture 14 of side wall plates 13a of a cargo bed part 13 comes into contact therewith. While stopping the thermal insulation mat 15, the planar support plates 16 and side wall plates 13a in the width, a wedge-shaped spacer 17 is inserted between the planar support plates 16 and the side wall plates 13a. Thereby, the thermal insulation mat 15 is fixed to the side wall plates 13a, and then the hot asphalt mixture 14 is loaded on the cargo bed part 13. Thermal insulation sheets 19, 20 are laid by covering the loaded hot asphalt mixture 14. |
