<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly insulating film excellent in heat resistance and electric characteristics.SOLUTION: There is provided a highly insulating film which uses a thermoplastic polyether ketone resin as a main component and contains 0.1 wt.% or more and 1.0 wt.% or less of inert particles (A) having a particle diameter of 0.8μm or more and 1.5μm or less, wherein a void particle ratio, which is a value obtained by dividing the average diameter of voids in which inert particles (A) are present by the particle diameter of the inert particles (A), is 2.5 or more and less than 4.5.</p> |
