PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength of a stopper receiving plate part.SOLUTION: A support plate part 31 extending to a side opposite to a front side frame F is integrally formed on a mounting plate part 30, so that its upper face is on the same plane with an upper face of the mounting plate part 30. An outer cylindrical body 11 is supported on the upper face of the support plate part 31. Stopper receiving plate parts 32 for receiving a stopper 34 across the plate parts 30, 31 are bend to extend on a side opposite to an inner cylindrical body 10 at both ends in a cylinder axial direction of the mounting plate part 30 and the support plate part 31.
