PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scanner that deforms when the surface is pressed onto an object and becomes adaptable to the surface outer shape of the object.SOLUTION: The scanner 101 includes: a receiving circuit 103 and transmitting circuit 104 that are flexible so that they become adaptable to the surface outer shape of an object when the surface of the scanner is pressed onto the object; and an adaptive backing 105 that is located in a rear part of each of the transmitting circuit and receiving circuit of the scanner, and adapts to the plurality of flexible circuits when the scanner is pressed onto the object. |
