PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and drying machine in which operation efficiency of a blower fan is improved.SOLUTION: A washing and drying machine includes: a washing and dewatering tub in which clothes are accommodated; a tub driving motor for driving the washing and dewatering tub; a housing for supporting the washing and dewatering tub; a blower fan including an impeller having a plurality of pieces of blades for blowing drying air into the washing and dewatering tub; and a fan driving motor for driving the blower fan. The impeller has a form in which an area between blades sharply increases on an inner diameter side, and the increase of the area between blades becomes moderate towards an outer diameter side, after the sharp increase.
