<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an electromagnetic band gap structure.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic band gap element includes: a first planar conductor and a second planar conductor which are respectively formed on a first plane and a second plane parallel to each other; and a first linear conductor formed on at least one third plane which is parallel to the first plane and the second plane and is between the first plane and the second plane. The electromagnetic band gap element is constituted by connecting the first planar conductor and the second planar conductor via the first linear conductor.</p> |
