PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective material on which a belt clamp mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the material for protecting a wiring harness is mounted so as to prevent it from being displaced and rotated.SOLUTION: A material for protecting a wiring harness is formed of a sheet formed of an ultraviolet curable resin having dark curability or a sheet formed by impregnating a nonwoven fabric with the ultraviolet curable resin; and successively includes a high curable part using a first ultraviolet curable resin having high hardness after irradiation with ultraviolet rays as the ultraviolet curable resin, and a low curable part using a second ultraviolet curable resin which has lower hardness after the irradiation with the ultraviolet rays and is softer than the high curable part, while being divided in a length direction. The low curable part is provided on at least a winding position of a belt clamp, and is successively provided in the length direction while being sandwiched between the high curable parts.
