The present invention relates to a control method for a backhoe loader and, more particularly, to a control method for a backhoe loader including a backhoe working device and a loader working device. The control method for a backhoe loader comprises steps of: determining whether a backhoe working device has been manipulated; setting the engine rotational frequency to a first rotational frequency when the direction of an operator′s seat is on the backhoe working device side; and setting the engine rotational frequency to a second rotational frequency when the direction of the operator′s seat is on the loader working device side. The control method for a backhoe loader according to the present invention determines the direction of a chair backrest by a chair backrest location detector detecting the location of the backrest of the operator′s seat, lowers the engine rotational frequency when the direction of the operator′s seat is on the backhoe working device side, and lowers the engine rotational frequency when the direction of the operator′s seat is on the loader working device side. Therefore, the control method for a backhoe loader can optimize the operation depending on a working device in order to significantly reduce the operating costs by reducing the consumed fuel amount of the engine. |
