PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent rain leakage over a long period, while surely fixing a solar battery panel to a roof via a penetration material of penetrating through the roof.SOLUTION: A building fixes a plurality of solar battery panels 2 via the penetration material 4 of penetrating through the roof 1 on the roof 1 inclining in an up-grade. The roof 1 is formed as a multilayer structure of arranging a first panel 11 arranged on the outdoor side and a second panel 12 arranged via an air layer 13 under this first panel 11. In the first panel 11, a roof material 10 is arranged on a first waterproof layer 16 by executing waterproof treatment on a surface by providing the first waterproof layer 16 on an upper surface of a surface base plate 14. In the second panel 12, waterproof treatment is executed on a surface by providing a second waterproof layer 19 on an upper surface of an inner surface base plate 17. The building fixes the solar battery panel 2 on the roof 1 by penetrating the penetration material 4 through the first panel 11. |
