PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-accuracy noise meter that does not depend on a meteorological condition even when it is used outdoors, specifically can be used in a normal using manner even when the wind blows.SOLUTION: The noise meter 100 includes: a microphone 101 for measuring a target sound; an anemometer 102; and an arithmetic processing unit 105 for determining a wind noise estimation level on the basis of an output signal of the anemometer and processing the wind noise estimation level and the output value of the microphone. The wind noise estimate level is determined on the basis of the output signal of the anemometer by calculation by the arithmetic processing unit.
