<p>The present invention relates to a method for reducing a toxic substance in Korean aconite root comprising: (S1) a step for harvesting, drying and grinding Korean aconite root; (S2) a step for treating the ground Korean aconite root using steam; (S3) a step for cooling the steam-treated Korean aconite root; and (S4) a step for fermenting the Korean aconite root by inoculating 1 to 10% (w/v) of culture solution, which is obtained by mixing Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus natto Sawamura in the weight ratio of 1:2 or 2:1 and then culturing, per total volume of the Korean aconite root. According to the method for reducing a toxic substance in Korean aconite root, the toxic substance aconitine can be significantly reduced without a decrease in active ingredients of the Korean aconite root so as to obtain a Korean aconite root product with useful effects and a significantly reduced toxic substance, thereby being expected to be useful in the relevant field.</p> |
