PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support mechanism of a movable body enabling smooth and accurate parallel displacement without causing rotation.SOLUTION: An outside stationary link 101a of a composite link 128a on a +Y side, in which an outside parallel link 128c and an inside parallel link 128d are connected in series, is connected to a stationary frame 129; an outside stationary link 101b of a composite link 128b on a -Y side, in which an outside parallel link 128e and an inside parallel link 128f are connected in series, is connected to the stationary frame 129; an inside output link 113a of the composite link 128a on the +Y side is connected to a movable body connection member 121 from the +Y side; and an inside output link 113b of the composite link 128b on the -Y side is connected to the movable body connection member 121 from the -Y side. |
