PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A/D converter which can be reduced in size without degrading the operation speed thereof.SOLUTION: An A/D converter 1 includes: a first reference voltage generation part 2; a second reference voltage generation part 3; a first switching part 4 for selecting any one of an analog input voltage and a first reference voltage; a second switching part 5 for selecting any one of the analog input voltage and a second reference voltage; a first capacitor 6 whose one end is supplied with the voltage selected by the first switching part; a second capacitor 7 whose one end is supplied with the voltage selected by the second switching part; a comparison signal generation part 8 for comparing the analog input voltage with the first reference voltage or comparing the analog input voltage with the second reference voltage and outputting a binary signal according to the comparison result; a third switching part 12 for selecting whether or not to input the voltage at the other end of the first capacitor to the comparison signal generation part; and a fourth switching part 13 for selecting whether or not to input the voltage at the other end of the second capacitor to the comparison signal generation part. |
