PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit unit in which resin burr and resist burr can be reduced and the appearance is not impaired, and to provide a method of manufacturing such an electronic circuit unit without increasing the number of steps.SOLUTION: An electronic circuit unit 100 includes rectangular circuit boards 1 individualized by cutting an aggregate substrate 20 along vertical cutting lines 21 and horizontal cutting lines 22, and has copper foil lands 2 for soldering a component and substrate outer edges 3 of two orthogonal sides formed by cutting, near the corner of the circuit boards 1. A solder resist 4 is provided around the copper foil land 2, and a plurality of substrate exposed parts 5, where the solder resist 4 does not exist, are provided near the substrate outer edge 3. |
