PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is a time-consuming work to disconnect the main power supply of apparatus having standby power, e.g., a TV, every time when sleeping or going out, and that a refrigerator and a timer recording apparatus cannot be disconnected by a circuit breaker, because they must be always turned on.SOLUTION: Outlets for apparatus that can be turned off (energy saving line) and outlets for apparatus that cannot be turned off (conventional type) are installed separately. A circuit for interrupting/conducting the energy saving line is installed in a distribution board, and an interruption/conduction control circuit for controlling it is provided. |
