PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a client terminal of update information for a file and folder as a time line of a social network without overlapping member registration between servers.SOLUTION: A file management server (110) includes; an operation user information management unit (112) that records operation user information allowing a file/folder operation; an operation processing unit (114) that performs an operation by an instruction from a client terminal (300); and an operation content management unit (113) that records an operation content as an operation record. A time line management server (120) includes: a registered user information management unit (122) that records registered user information; a time line generation unit (125) that generates an update record as a time line of a social network; and an update information notification control unit (124) that notifies the client terminal of the update information. The registered user information is synchronized with the operation user information.
