PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an illumination plate fall prevention device of a ceiling illumination device of an elevator cage capable of simply updating an existing ceiling illumination device to a ceiling illumination device with a fall prevention mechanism of an illumination plate, the ceiling illumination device with the same, and a method for removing the illumination plate of the ceiling illumination device.SOLUTION: An illumination plate fall prevention device 14 comprises: a lower metal fitting 15 which is arranged on the top face of a ceiling 2; an upper metal fitting 16; a stud bolt 18 and a nut 20 which tighten and fix the upper metal fitting 16 to the lower metal fitting 15 at a state of being brought into contact with the bottom face of an illumination box; and a plate spring 17 having a presser part 17c which is energized in a direction separating from the lower metal fitting 15 to contact a side face of an illumination plate 11, and pressed in a direction approximating the lower metal fitting 15 to separate from the side face of the illumination plate 11, and a stopper part 17d which is projected in a direction separating from the lower metal fitting 15 from an upper end of the presser part 17c, separately located at an upper part of an outer peripheral edge of the illumination plate 11, blocks floating of the illumination plate 11, and is attached to the lower metal fitting 15. |
