PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burring processing method and a burring processing apparatus that enable a pair of burring shaped parts extending outward each other to be effectively molded on first and second wall parts arranged oppositely.SOLUTION: A burring processing apparatus 50, where a pair of burring shaped parts extending outward each other to be effectively molded on first and second wall parts, comprises a first intermediate punch 71 with a first burring molded part 71P formed on one end side, a second intermediate punch 72 with a second burring molded part 72P formed on the other end side, and an intermediate punch drive member 80 having a first drive taper part 81T engaged with a first driven taper part 71T of the first intermediate punch 72 to move the first intermediate punch 71 to the first wall part side and a second drive taper part 82T engaged with a second driven taper part 72T formed in the second intermediate punch 72 to move the second intermediate punch 72 to the second wall part side.
