PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect quality deterioration in a real-time communication service without depending on a type of medium (for example, a type of codec) or a real-time communication protocol (for example, RTP).SOLUTION: A quality information management system 5 comprises: a plurality of user terminals 3 connected with a session control server 2 that provides a real-time communication service; and a quality management server 1. Each user terminal 3 detects deterioration in speech quality by determining that operation (confirmation operation at a time of quality deterioration) specific to a user at the time of communication quality deterioration is performed, and transmits the quality deterioration detection information to the quality management server 1. The quality management server 1 aggregates and analyzes the quality deterioration detection information received from the respective user terminals 3, and generates speech quality deterioration information indicating the state of speech quality per service in a prescribed time.
