<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer circuit and a data transfer method in which versatility of an asynchronous interface is improved when various devices to be accessed are connected via the asynchronous interface.SOLUTION: An information processor includes: access request transmission means 310 operated by a first clock, which generates a request packet including an access request corresponding to a device to be accessed and outputs, to an asynchronous interface, access request data 840 in which a skip code for absorbing a frequency difference between the first clock and a second clock is inserted between the request packets; and access request reception means 520 operated by the second clock, which utilizes the skip code included in the access request data to absorb the frequency difference and outputs the access request to the device to be accessed.</p> |
